These Terms of Service govern your use of Recoger. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recoger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

Recoger provides device compliance monitoring and SaaS security tracking services. We offer various subscription plans with different feature sets, as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To use Recoger, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service to monitor devices without proper authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active devices. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are provided as account credit for unused portions of billing periods.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Recoger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For business customers processing personal data, we offer a Data Processing Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Recoger and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Check our status page for current service status.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recoger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recoger and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We'll retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
