When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe).

Device Compliance Data

Our agents collect device security settings and compliance status, including:

  • Device identifiers (hashed for privacy)
  • Operating system version
  • Security settings status (encryption, firewall, screen lock)
  • Compliance check results and timestamps

What We Don't Collect

We never collect file contents, browsing history, keystrokes, location data, personal files, email content, or passwords.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Monitor device and system compliance
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Respond to support requests
  • Process payments

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Germany). We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and audit logging

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
